• Domain Registrations: Non-refundable once registered per registry policies
• Service Credits: Available for verified service downtime issues

5. Cancellation Policy

• Service continues until the end of paid period
• No refunds for unused time after cancellation

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include:

• Copyright infringement
• Malware, viruses, or security threats
• Excessive resource usage affecting other customers

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• Service credits available for verified downtime exceeding monthly allowances
• Maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions
• No liability for business losses due to service interruptions

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Maintain secure passwords and account access
• Regular backups of customer data
• Compliance with all applicable laws
• Responsible use of server resources

9. Limitation of Liability

st-hostng.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
